All Sales Final
Once you select checkout and process your order on HI-CHEW.com, all sales are final. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges.
The only exception are items that have been damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Based on the situation, the items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item. Verification of the manufacturing defect may be requested to issue a refund. We deal with returns on a per customer basis, so please contact our customer service regarding this matter.
HI-CHEW is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. HI-CHEW is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, UPS and/or another shipping carrier.
*For any domestic order returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of package. We do not cover or reimburse for shipping costs regarding a return/exchange.
Shipping charges are based on standard carrier rates. HI-CHEW does not charge the customer anything additional for shipping.
HI-CHEW’s fulfillment center is in Southern California and shipments to some regions can take up to 7 days depending on the time and date of your order and the destination of the package. Shipments to Hawaii may take longer. We do not offer expedited shipping options.
Promotions & Discounts
Only one promotion code or discount can be applied to each order. If you are placing a bulk order, the free shipping discount will automatically be applied. You can override the free shipping discount with another promotion code or discount, but please note free shipping can’t be combined with an additional promotion or discount unless specified during a particular promotion.
